As the U.S. Christian Chamber Coalition continues to grow, so does our opportunity to work together.
The USCCC Foundation is actively working to develop relationships and opportunities that may have the potential to benefit multiple Christian Chambers and the communities they serve. As those opportunities emerge, we want our Coalition Chambers to be positioned and prepared to participate.
The question is: Will your Chamber be ready when opportunity comes?
This This Is How We Chamber™ Lab will help Chamber leaders understand what organizational readiness looks like and what may be required when the USCCC Foundation brings forward opportunities for Chambers to collaborate on initiatives, programs, funding opportunities, grants, community impact projects, or other strategic partnerships.
Our goal is not simply to bring opportunities to the Coalition. Our goal is to build a Coalition of healthy, prepared Chambers capable of working together and stewarding opportunities with excellence.
Each 60-minute Lab includes:
Training Spotlight (15 Minutes)
Learn what your Chamber should have in place to be considered ready to participate in future Coalition opportunities, including governance, financial management, reporting, compliance, organizational capacity, and measurable community impact.
Chamber Roundtable Discussion (30 Minutes)
Discuss what readiness looks like across Chambers of different sizes and stages. Together, we'll identify common gaps, share best practices, and explore how individual Chambers can strengthen their organizations so the Coalition can pursue larger opportunities collectively.
Take Action Session (15 Minutes)
Evaluate your Chamber's current readiness and identify the specific areas your leadership team needs to strengthen.

The Bigger Opportunity
A single Chamber may have limited reach.
But imagine what becomes possible when dozens of Christian Chambers across multiple states and communities can mobilize together.
That collective footprint could create opportunities for broader partnerships, community initiatives, national programs, research, workforce development, business development, charitable initiatives, and other projects that may be difficult for one Chamber to pursue independently.
For USCCC and the USCCC Foundation to confidently bring those opportunities to the Coalition, however, we need Chambers that are prepared to execute.
